New Year's Resolutions...?

I know, I know, resolutions are only made to be broken. Well, here's my list of things I wish to do this year but probably won't.

I want to go on a trip. Anywhere would be really fantastic. Well, as long as it has a beach, and sunny warm weather, I'm totally in (so I guess that rules out Cold Lake, seeing as even the summers aren't warm and sunny there anymore).

I want to meet a celebrity. Don't ask me why or who, just someone famous. Ideally, in Hollywood, as I am on vacation. Sweet, two resolutions in one.

I want to learn to ride a motorcycle. Yes, I want to be a biker chick. It's my new "image".

I want to stop eating so much Boston Pizza food. It pretty much cancels out all the exercise I get at work.

I want to find a coffeeshop in Edmonton that is special. Just like the House was. Where I can go, sit in a corner, listen to good tunes and drink good tea, chat with all the crazy regulars, and maybe play a song or two at open mic night. Aww..I miss those days in Kensington. Rae figures I should open my own place here in Edmonton. I don't think so...I'm already broke enough as it is.

I'm thinking I should try out for Canadian Idol this year. Just to say I did. Not that I actually want to be on the show, I just think it would be another fun experience to add to my list.

I think this list could go on and get more absurd as it progresses. So I'm just going to end it here.

I was talking to someone about new years resolutions. About how we make this enormous list of things we never follow through on them. I hope this year that doesn't happen lol.

so you are going to Hollywood on vacation? It is too bad you hurried back to Edmonton so fast at Christmas and didn't get to visit the House.

Joy, if the trip thing actually happens, I would love for you to join me. Rae and I were seriously thinking about it. So we could make it a sweet girls trip.
Anonymous,I'm sorry you feel you're a nerd. Oh, and to write a Post-Script (PS)you have to have written something before that to add onto.

Alright girls.. I have the solution to about 3 of your resolutions.. 1. you can come to Australia with me the end of May and stay as long as you like. Free room and board, sweet deal hey? 2. I'll teach you to ride a motorbike...on the otherside of the road none the less... AND it's a BMW. 3. We can find someone famous. I just might be hittin' up the Coldplay concert in July, that'd be cool! You're all invited!
