A Prayer
I've come to this place, it seems
100 times too many.
My heart, though broken,
is still beating, I'm still breathing,
all is not lost for me.
Lord, let me not be hollow.
Let Your life lead me on,
with hope and joy to share...
this world is full of heartaches;
I've experienced a few.
But I'm still here to do Your will,
give me guidance, strengthen me,
may You be glorified in me.

I just have to tell you this and I know this has nothing to do with your blog. But HE ASKED ME OUT!!! To a movie, he wants to take me out and pay for every thing and he knows I've never dated.. so he wants to be my first really date. A good looking guy, funny, nice and he is 25. We spent the night after work playing 20 questions, we talked about everything. I know he's not a Christian but it is only one date nothing more.
I just have to think of it more as two friends hanging out.

ps. you have to call me sometime. i'm going to be in calgary for a few days, but you could even call me at my brothers if you want. i want to hear more about this.
